I have been working on updating the firmware on my organization's phone system. The majority of our phones are 8851s. We have custom button layouts to place the Park button on the first page of softkeys. This worked fine with the previous firmware on our phones. With the new firmware though, if someone receives a call and a new call comes in, they do not have the option of parking the current call to pick up the new call because the box pops up with either Answer, Decline, or Ignore. Is there a way to set this so the users can still use the Park button?
