Party Entrance Tone not working for conference now if the host is a PSTN menber

Hello Community,

I am facing an issue when users starts an conference now meeting.
If the host is calling from PSTN, he can't hear the entrance tone when other participant joins the meeting.
I observed this behavior in two different CUCM clusters (versions 11.5.1.12900-21 and 11.5.1.11900-26).
I tried to reboot one of them, but it not worked.
In fact, I am not sure if it an limitation or if there is something to do in CUCM or Voice Gateway.
