Personal Directory Automatic Login - CUCM 10.0.1 / 78xx phones

Customer is asking for a way for his users to access their phone's personal directories without having to enter a UserID and PIN#. 

Customer is on CUCM 10.0.1.1 using 78xx phones (sip78xx.10-1-1es5).

Tried some of the methods posted for previous versions of CUCM but was unable to get them to work.
