I configured the phone using SCCP, once the configuration was finalised I connected the phone - 1 x 7916 expansion modules - and its working fine , but when we connect 2 X 916 expansion , the status that the 2 expansion keep resetting , could it be simply power supply related. Just in case, follow these steps for connecting both Expansion Modules:
1) Plug one end of the second interface cable into the AUX jack with the “out” icon underneath on the first Expansion Module (the one closest to the phone).

2. Plug the other end of the second interface cable into the AUX jack with the “in” icon underneath on the second Expansion Module (the one next to the first Expansion Module).

If that doesn't work, let's try making a factory reset to phone.

Regards
