rather new to the phone side of cisco but I am trying to fix a problem a caller is having when they call out, it registers the former employees name on the caller ID. I know you can change the external caller id numbers but do not see where I can find the name displayed.

Hi Colin,
Is this CUCM or CME? If CUCM, the caller-id settings can be found under the phones line settings under Device > Phone > Select Phone > Line
Display (Internal Caller ID)
ASCII Display (Internal Caller ID)

Hi Colin,
The settings that effect the Name Display are on the DN configuration page
look for both places to change;
Under Directory number information (top of page)
Under Line x (bottom of page)
