On my 7915 expansion module one of my speed dials icons is displaying a phone icon w/ an x symbol on top of the phone.
Anyone have any quick ideas? Tried power cycling the end users phone but the status symbol stays the same and the light is red.

Hi Ryan,
I believe that would mean the monitored phone is
currently in DND (Do Not Disturb) state

I thought I had checked that! I will have to double check and report back. This could just be an oops on my part.
