Hello all
We have a remote site where there are 4 8831 conf phones and several 8841 desk phones. When dialling International code in Mexico we use 0 for line then 00 for international. However, when trying this the conf cuts out after the third 0. This is not the case for our 8841 devices and they re configured in the same device pool, css, partition etc.
We have other sites in the US and other sites around the world that work as expected using the same phone load: sip8831.10-3-1SR3-5
All other outbound dialling is mirrored on both phone types so not sure what could be causing this?
Any ides welcome
Thanks

Is there any CSS configured at line level of the 8831 devices? That could potentially be blocking international calls.

Hi Georgios
We are allowing all on the device level and restricting on the line. CSS and partitions are the same and we have the same configuration as in device pool etc for device.
Thanks

Did you check DNA (Dialed number Analyzer) ?

Yep Ajay I have checked on the DNA for both numbers and they show as unallocated although, as mention, the 8841 routes the call??
