Phone page can't be displayed

we call manager version 7.1 ( PUB and one SUB ) when the PUB goes down and when i access the SUB web page and search any phone , when i try to open this phone page it toke so long time then the tell the page can't be displayed aulthough the calla going good and phones are registered ,

any one can help ?

Hi Gharip,

The issue coule be related to tomcat service. There were numerous Tomcat related bugs on CUCM 7.1. Please restart the Cisco Tomcat service on the Sub to begin with, check the output of "utils diagnose test" for any tomcat related issues. Also, upgrade to latest version of 7.1.5 if you haven't done already.
