Phone services CUCM8.6.2

Hello

on a ip phone 8961 and a 6945 I'm trying to put the default phone Services, like missed calls, placed calls received call under the directory button.

But it won't work. The call history remains under the service button. Any Idee what I'm doing wrong? CUCM Version 8.6.2. Phoneload sip8961.9-3-4-24 and on the 6945 sip 9-3-3-2.

You can't just put entries like those in those fields: Those fields have to point to XML files served over HTTP/HTTPS. Take a look at the IP Phone Services documentation developer.cisco.com/site/ip-phone-services/overview/

One final point to watch out for: Those "internal" URLs (e.g Application:Cisco/MissedCalls) don't work on all phones. I can't remember about the 69xx range, but the 78xx, 88xx, 89xx & 99xx phones don't support them.

Thanks for your reply. I have overseen that this internal URL are not supported by all of my phones.
