Hello All
I have 3 phones that got stuck in the upgrade screen. I tried to do a hard reset but after the ohone restar the upgrade window appear again. These phones were working fine yesterday in the same node, but today they got stok in upgrade screen. Any Idea of how can I get these phones registered in the call manager

What phone model we are speaking of here ?
Please disclose the CUCM device model and firmware version as well.

the phone model is 7942
CUCM version is 10.5.2.10000-5
firmware; SIP42.9-4-2-1S

Well, it seems you are asking in wrong place. Voice systems is part of "Small business support community" but 7942 is n SMB kind of product. While you decided to keep secret what platform the CUCM is running on, I assume it's also a non-SMB device.
