Is there a way to find the last time all phones were used? I can't find a report that shows this.
We are on an old version of Cisco Unified CM Administration - 11.0.1.22900-14

this is related to CDR log of that phone,
so you must check & verify CDR of CUCM..

or you can use Call Analytic software solutions like "imagicle" which they are Cisco Partners
then connect & integrate it with CUCM, to get automatically CDR logs from CUCM
to view web based last log of a phone (incoming or outgoing call)
even you can schedule specific report for it, so as soon as possible a phone had a log of CDR, "imagicle" will email it & inform you about that..
