Phones don't register following power outage

I have CUCM 7.1 with remote branches connected via dedicated T1 (MPLS).  Cisco 2621 and 3560 at branches with Cisco 7940 and 7941 IP phones.  Two branches have had brief power outages after which very few of the phones will register once power and the connection to CUCM servers is restored.  For one of these branches the phones will register again if the 3560 is reloaded.  The other will have just a few phones that refuse to register and we must resort to forcing a factory reset on the unregistered phones.  Anyone have suggestions on why this might happen and how to resolve the issue?  Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

could you upload the console logs of the phones?

Which firmware is on the phones?

Thanks Marcel!  I've attached the most recent console log from one of the phones, and also the device information from the phone url which should cover the firmware and other pertinent information.
