Phones not getting updated wallpapers

We've amended a couple of the custom wallpapers for our IP phones on our TFTP servers. If we go to http://<CUCM>:6970/Desktop/.... to download the wallpaper, we get the new version. If we view the wallpapers on the handsets, it only shows the old versions. (I have even restarted the TFTP Process, just in case)

We're running CUCM 11.5 (SU1), with 88xx Series phones.

How many TFTP servers do you have in your cluster and is the issue persistent on all of them?
