Hi,
I use call pickup groups with notification (CUCM 8.6.2). Notification (Call Pickup Group Notification Policy) is set as Visual Alert. All works fine, but the only one problem is, that the notification which is displayed on phones is set on 10 second.
e.g.
I have phones A, B and C in one PG with visual alert on incoming call. If phone A is ringing, on phones B and C is displayed alert, but strictly for 10 second. This alert isn’t responsible with ringing of phones A. Is this behavior feature or is it possible change it? It is possible set longer or shorter time for visual notification on the phones?

Wouldn't be better to setup perhaps a shared line or hunt group, to avoid all issues with pick-up, that is really a kludgy way to answer calls ?
As find intresting why is that people thinks that users should run after calls instead of the opposite..

Did you try changing the "call pickup group notification timer (sec)" on the pickup group configuration?

Call pickup group notification timer sets delay between the time that the call comes into the phone and the time that the notification is sent to other phones in pickup group.
