Hi,
not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but has anyone of you guys successfully replaced the handset with a headset in the 7811 ip phones ? it seems that simply connecting the headsets into the RJ11 port won't make it work, should I enable an option somewhere in CUCM ? tried to look around in here without any success
the headsets : Plantronics HW520

This may just be an oversight on Plantronics part, but I don't see the 7811 as being a phone in their compatibility guide. 7911 looks like it works with the model you listed. Here's the link
