Plantronics Headsets with Cisco 7811

Hi,

not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but has anyone of you guys successfully replaced the handset with a headset in the 7811 ip phones ? it seems that simply connecting the headsets into the RJ11 port won't make it work, should I enable an option somewhere in CUCM ? tried to look around in here without any success 

the headsets : Plantronics HW520

This may just be an oversight on Plantronics part, but I don't see the 7811 as being a phone in their compatibility guide. 7911 looks like it works with the model you listed. Here's the link

Thanks for your reply, so the 7811 is not even listed in there, that means it's not compatible right ?

i've found in a website called "Headsetplus.com" , that I need an amplifier for that model, Thanks for your replay again sir

Same problem with me as i connect the plantronics headset analogue with CISCO 7841 its not working.
