Hi All,

Please help me to solve PLAR issue.

There are two phones and both are in different Cluster.

Extension number 1000 is configured on Cluster 2 and Extension 2000 is configured on Cluster 1.

I have configured PLAR in such a way that once extension 1000 goes off hook phone will automatically dial extension 2000.

Below are the configuration.

  • Partition Configuration For null TP.

Partition

PLAR1_PT

  • CSS configured for Phone and TP.

No CSS on DN, just CSS on device.

Your SIP dial rule should only have one statement with value 2000, make sure you pressed the PLAR button when you added it.

I might have missed it in there but what is the actual problem you are having?

When extension 1000 goes off hook phone is not auto dialing (I can here Dial-ton) .

I have also checked by changing Line CSS ( added RP's PT on Line css)  for testing.

by changing Line css, I can dial 2000 number manually.

Is the "PLAR1_LINE_CSS" assigned to the DN or device?

It needs to be assigned to Device and not DN for SIP PLAR to work.

Hi Crish,

Yes, same css has been assign to device and line.

But it will select line css 1st as line css has high priority.

Leave it only on the device.

Post screen shot of your dial rule.

Okay

So for Line which CSS need to select.. the css which has PT of RP??

Please find below screen shot of dial rule

No CSS on DN, just CSS on device.

Your SIP dial rule should only have one statement with value 2000, make sure you pressed the PLAR button when you added it.
