Hi everyone. I have issue with one of client request.  He needs that when boss  press button on the phone  the call go automaticly without any number string through fxo port to another phone that directly connect to this fxo port and same with back direction  when in opposite side up receiver  call automaticly go to this phone through fxo port .  how can i implement this funtion in call manager 8.5.

CUCM does not have the trunk command/concept as CME does. CUCM is only a PBX, not a key system/hybrid system.

For outbound you will need to configure a partition, CSS and route patterns that only use that FXO port. You can then assign this CSS to that DN. This will force you to not assign a CSS to the device which breaks best practices.

The inbound direction is far easier. Either on the gateway or the analog port in CUCM (depending on protocol used) just set that FXO port to call the extension of the DN configured on that phone.

FXO /FXS port ? , If FXO it must be a line coming from PSTN , if FXS ,what gw protocol you are using H323/MGCP?
