Poblem in activating the bri interface

hello,

i have configured the bri interface earlier, and it worked fine.Today, when i want to do the same thing, the card is down

ISDN BRI0/1/1 interface

dsl 3, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-net3

Layer 1 Status:

DEACTIVATED

Layer 2 Status:

TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = TEI_ASSIGNED

Layer 3 Status:

0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)

Active dsl 3 CCBs = 0

The Free Channel Mask: 0x80000003

Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 0

i have supposed that the problem comes from Telco, but i have plugged a phone behind the Telco modem, the call arrives.

May be this line doesn't have static tei so you need to remove that command. In that case, best is to use "isdn tei-negotiation preserve".
