Hi all,
my goal is to configure (add/delete/modify) speed dial numbers on 7961 model phone through CUCM self care portal.
However I detected that each phone configured with physical line (hence not in Extension mobility) did not show up in the Self Care association. in fatc It told me that none phone is connected, however the mac is contained into CTI; while each phone configured in Extension Mobility is showed in Self Care and I can set dial up and short number.
Does someone know if this is a expected behaviour ?

For users without extension mobility configuration , Please associate physical phone with end user and try.

So, are you looking to add speed dials to the physical phone or only EM profile? If physical phone as well you need to associate the phone to the user under user management --> end users.
