Is it possible to configure a 7941 with CUCM 8.5 to be able to answer calls on a line group without being a member of the line group?
This is the request from the user if it helps, "Leave my ext off the ring around and don’t send my calls to ring around. I still would like the ability to “pick up” calls that are ringing on the ring around."
Is this possible? If so, how?
