Hi There,
We are using CUCM7 and for the legal requirement for 10 numbers when they were called, we have to play a pre-recorded message before the 2 parties start to talk.
Is there a way that we can play the message before the call is answered on individual number?

Not if all you got is CUCM, you would need CUC/Unity/UCCX/UCCE to achieve that.
