Prefix Digits (Outgoing Calls) on the route group

I am using a route pattern ( with predot for the discard digits ) which points to RL that contains RG which has H323 GW . I added number 9 as Prefix Digits (Outgoing Calls) on the route group but it doesn't work and I can not do any ouside calls

When i removed the prefix in the RG and put PreDot for the Discard Digits for the route pattern everything works fine .

so the problem is that the RG doesn't add prefix 9 in the outging calls

I think your best option is to perform your digit manipulation in the same place. Do your digit discard and prefixing on the RG.

Also may I ask what your Route pattern look like..is 9.@. Reason I am asking is because you said when you do predot on yoiur route pattern everything works fine. I dont see you prefixing any 9 on the route pattern in this statement..Am I getting things wrong?
