Can we have a redundant Vcs expressway  control , edge, Presence and IM.

If yes any supporting document

Yes, VCS Expressway, VCS Control and CUCM IM&P support redundancy.

For design, licensing and implementation, we advise you to reach your Cisco Partner AM.
