I recently got a request to change my call forward all settings so that the forwarded call appears on the last device with the first number that dialed. I can't quite figure out how to do it, and have been unsuccessful in finding good documentation on it.
Here's the situation:
Forwarding phone number: 555-1234
Calling number: 444-9876
If 555-1234 is forwarded to a cell phone, and 444-9876 calls it, the call will appear on a cell phone as 555-9876. I would like this to appear as 444-9876. Where is the setting that does this, or is it a transformation pattern in our trunks?

Try using a Dialed number analysis as the calling number is 555-1234 and the called number is your cell and paste the input here

What is the number that you see originally on the phone when there is no call forward enabled?

The number you'd originally see is 444-9876

Ahh, I was unaware of that tool. Incredibly useful. I did find a translation pattern on the route pattern that I removed.
Thanks.
