Can you post the config and a debug of an outgoing call that works?

I am facing this issue on MGCP router .I can call out to the PSTN but incoming calls gives the same error.
I am using E1 PRI and switch type is set to EURO
.
Could it be because of switch type ?
Cause i = 0x80E418 - Invalid information element contents
