Hi,

We are planning to Bid for one of the Collaboration project.The RFQ stating for the Management system for collaboration stating below.

1)The Management application should have provision for Automatic ticket handling and ticket priority customization .

2)Once the management application receives a ticket it must support an automatic workflow to process this ticket and prioritize it a according to the ticket priority.

Please let us know the Cisco Prime Collab will support this.

Hi,

I am not sure if I captured your requirement correctly but Prime doesn't have ticketing capability. You might be able to integrate it with 3rd party systems using REST API but you don't have this out of the box.
