Prime Infrastructure Smart Software Licensing

Hi,

I have a consult, I tried to register the license in Prime Infrastructure 3.7, when I send the token, I received a message "Registration failed due to Communication send error.". I searched into the Monitor -> Change Audit Dashboard, and I had an audit description "Failure to establish a HTTPS Session. Reason: Received fatal alert: certificate_unknown ". How do I resolve that issue?

if you registering with smart License using Cisco cloud, then you need to have prime to be able to use 443 internet access to cisco portal.

 

you can select modes :

Indeed, I have HTTPS activated in the PRIME, but when I send the token, it generates that message.
