Prime Line not working for "New Call" softkey on secondary and tertiary lines
Currently have a Call Manager: 22.214.171.12400-14 with 8851 phones running the latest firmware 12-1-1SR1-4. We currently have Prime Line on globally and it is working as intended. However, when we highlight the second or third line and off hook via "New Call" softkey, the prime line future is broken and it makes the call out of the second line instead of the primary line.

Was able to find a solution to this. On the phone screen in Call Manager under Product Specific Configuration Layout > Line Mode> Switch to "Enhance Line Mode". This will ensure that second/tertiary lines and so forth will switch back to the primary line after use. It does disable the "New Call" softkey on those secondary lines.
