Hi all,

I have CUCM version 8.5  connecting to a C6500 series switch as its gateway. I have a total of 6 PRI lines in the switch with 3  PRI lines going to  PSTN  A  and the other 3 going to PSTN B.  I would like to know how to prioritise outgoing calls to prefer one PSTN provider ofer the other.

You can use Trunk Group for that

What protocol do you use to control the GW/PRIs? Is it SIP/H323 or MGCP?

If SIP/H323 use dial-peers with trunk groups, if MGCP build proper Route Groups/Route Lists pointing to appropriate PRIs in CUCM.
