Hi Guys,
I am trying configure the 02 CallManager (Publisher and Subscriber) with the version 6.0. I installed the first Callmanager without problem, but, when I trying install the second CallManager appear the message error:
Configuration validation with CISPRO1 (10.0.1.1) failied (The CISPRO1 is the name of Server 1 (Publisher) and CISPRO2 is the name of Server 2 (Subscriber)
This node is not found in CISPRO1 server configuration
- Is this node configured on CISPRO1?
- Is CISPRO1 the correct first node for this node?
I doubt is: When I configured the first node not was required informe to the name of second node
Any have Idea who solve this problem?
Thanks,
Wilson Santana

Hi Wilson,
Just to add a note to the good tips from Java (+5 happy friday my friend!!)
The steps for adding a subsequent node (subscriber) are listed nicely in this doc;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/install/6_1_1/install/cmins611-cm.html#wp176042
Configuring a Subsequent Node
To configure a subsequent node in the cluster, follow these steps.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Caution You must configure a subsequent node on the first node by using Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration before you install the subsequent node. For more information, see the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration Guide.
Configuring a Server
This section describes how to add or update a server address to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database.
Before You Begin
The following guideline applies to adding a server:
•Make sure that you only add each server once on the Server Configuration window. If you add a server by using the host name and add the same server by using the IP address, Cisco Unified Communications Manager cannot accurately determine component versions for the server after a Cisco Unified Communications Manager upgrade. If you have two entries in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration for the same server, delete one of the entries before you upgrade (see the "Deleting a Server" section).
Procedure
Step 1 Perform one of the following tasks:
•To add a server, choose System > Server and click Add New.
•To update a server, find the server by using the procedure in the "Finding a Server" section.
The Server Configuration window displays.
Step 2 Enter the appropriate settings as described in Table 2-1.
Step 3 Click the Save icon that displays in the tool bar in the upper, left corner of the window (or click the Save button that displays at the bottom of the window) to save the data and to add the server to the database.
Changes to the server configuration do not take effect until you restart Cisco Unified Communications Manager. For information about restarting the Cisco CallManager service, refer to the Cisco Unified Serviceability Administration Guide.
Note When you perform a fresh installation of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you must define any subsequent servers (nodes) in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration Server Configuration window before you can install the Cisco Unified Communications Manager software on each subsequent server. To define a subsequent node, click Add New, as described in the preceding Step 1, and configure the server. After you add the subsequent server, you can then install the Cisco Unified Communications Manager software on that server.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Procedure
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 1 If you configured Network Time Protocol on the first node, ensure that it is synchronized with an NTP server before you install a subsequent node. From the Command Line Interface on the first node, enter utils ntp status. Ensure that the output indicates that the node is synchronized with an NTP server.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note If the first node is not synchronized with an NTP server, installation of the subsequent node will fail.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Step 2 On the First Node Configuration window, read the Warning and make sure you have correctly configured the first node. To continue with the installation of the subsequent node, click OK.
The Network Connectivity Test Configuration window displays.
Step 3 During installation of a subsequent node, the system checks to ensure that the subsequent node can connect to the first node.
To pause the installation after the system successfully verifies network connectivity, choose Yes.
To continue the installation with a pause, choose No.
The First Node Access Configuration window displays.
Step 4 Enter the first node connectivity information and choose OK.
The system checks for network connectivity.
If you chose to pause the system after the system successfully verifies network connectivity, the Successful Connection to First Node window displays. Choose Continue.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note If the network connectivity test fails, the system always stops and allows you to go back and reenter the parameter information.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The SMTP Host Configuration window displays.
Step 5 If you want to configure an SMTP server, choose Yes and enter the SMTP server name.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Note To use certain operating system features, you must configure an SMTP server; however, you can also configure an SMTP server later by using the operating system GUI or the command line interface.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Platform Configuration Confirmation window displays.
Step 6 To start installing the software, choose OK, or, if you want to change the configuration, choose Back.
Step 7 When the installation process completes, you get prompted to log in by using the Administrator account and password.
Step 8 Complete the post-installation tasks that are listed in the "Post-Installation Tasks" section.
Hope this helps!

If you already configured the 2nd node prior to the install and it fails then look at your DNS and connectivity
EDIT: Hey Rob!, happy Friday to you as well. Hope you're doing fine. Greetings from MX =)
