Hello!
I need to register to CUCM 12.5 an ATA190 with firmware 1.1.0 (004), but auto registration is not working. DHCP ist OK, the ATA become an IP address (another ATA is working in the same LAN).
This device has not the tipically web GUI, here there are more settings.
If I try to manually set the TFTM and the CUCM and reboot the ATA it doesn't solved the problem (also if I manually create the 2 devices in CUCM).
Here the web interface:
The others ATAs have only these options and I don't need to set something from here:
Manually upgrade from the web interface is not possible:
The hardware is OK, I think it's just a software problem.
Do you have any ideas?
Thanks
Mirko

4 years back when I deployed this for a customer I hit one more bug. but I am unable to recollect/trace the exact version details or bug details. I tried to check in BUG tool, but I am unable to .
Regarding the issue what I remember is , ATA doesn't take IP from DHCP when connecting to a switch port which is configured with voice and data vlan. and the workaround was to remove the voice vlan and use voice vlan id as access vlan. And DHCP configuration should contain domain name.
And second bug for the same customer was the above mentioned.

Hi,
thanks for the reply, it should be really this issue...but i this case the ATA has always become an IP address.
I have still configured the voice vlan ID as access vlan, DHCP ist working so I think this ist OK.
I tried workaround 1 and to reset the ATA with the reset button, in the DHCP scope I can see the domain bute the ATA is not registered yet.
Workaround 2 have I alreday tested but the ATA ignore the provisioning settings. I cannot download the logs from the ATA.
Is there another method to force the firmware upgrade?
Regards
Mirko

If ATA get IP Address you can ignore my second reply.
Try IVR option to make changes on TFTP if GUI is not working.
