Problem with cisco 8851 3pcc

Hi, i have a problem with the ip phone cisco model 8851 fw v 11-2-3msr1-1

when the call coming and is answered
no problem but when transfer this call the phone dont respond at the soft keys, this problem is only with the new firmware, its necesary any other configuration? or a new configuration?

Is Transfer service enabled on the phone?

Is it enabled on the server?

Do you see any SIP message going out of the phone when you press the soft key?

How many calls are active on the phone? Was there any other call on hold?

Is it a shared or private line?
