Hi.
Which kind of pstn line and vg signaling protocol are you using?
Does this problem occur with 6921 only?
Let us know

Carlo

Hi.
Try to add this dial-peer to your config
dial-peer voice 100 voip
incoming called-number 0T
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
codec g711alaw
no vad
See if it works

I Carlo I've inserted the suggested config but doesn't works!

Ok.
Now modify that dialpeer removing incoming called-number and add answer-address XXXX where XXXX is the extension where you'll try to call the IVR.
after that please send me the output of show voice call status during a test call from that extension.

I carlo
I think that there is a misunderstanding!!!
The problem it's not my IVR
but a remote IVR!!!!
from my phone I call 0041800055055 ( Swisscomm)
When the call goes up the automatic massage from swisscom is played:
Please enter 1 for commercial, enter 2 for techical and so on....
A this point on my phone I press 1 or 2 but the IVR doesn't understand the selection and re-play the message: press 1 for..... press 2 for and so on

Hi.
Yes i undrestood. That's why I asked you to configure a DP matching your calling number(your ip phone extension) .
Please try it and please post the output of the command mentioned in my last post.

Hi Giancarlo.
Do you use different region between cucm and VG?
Did you configured the dial-peer with answer address as I suggested?

Carlo

Hi Carlo,
the region is the same, and on the dp I've the answer address of my extension (723)
04-18-2013 09:02 AM
Can you please post your entire config of VG?
Even if you configured the suggested DP I see that the default dialpeer (0) is matched.
Another question...
did you chek "media termination point required". ?
Carlo
