I am running cisco call manager 8.5.
the issue is that the wireless ip phone 7926 is not registering with the call manager.
the issue seems to be with the firmware all the settings in the wireless ip phone are fine.
Please find the attached screen shoots
please guide me how i can upload the firmware and fix this issue

What is the firmware u are running in Call Manager for 7926G?
You need to have LOAD cmterm-7926-sccp.1-4-4-3.cop.sgn
Refer the README file
also, provide the snapshots which I suppose u have missed.
You need to go for below firmware:
Cisco 7926 Firmware Installer
7.1(5) and later
Use the URL to download the image:
