Problem with MOH for inbound calls

                   We have multiple branches and all seem to work but one. I am new to CUCM and have done a lot of searching but found no solution yet.

Internal hold plays MOH just fine but external calls coming in dont work.

I uploaded the audio file to both of our MOH servers and set it as the source for that stream number on both. I do not have multicast turned on. We set the MOH to the extension we needed which I assume is why it works internally atleast. Do I have to set it on the gateway to that branch or something to get incoming calls to work?

You need to ensure the GW configuration in CUCM has Device Pool that lists proper MRGL which can invoke this MOH server. You also need to ensure the region between the MOH server and the GW is G711 if you want it to play as G711, otherwise you need to enable G729 codec under MOH service parameters.
