Hi. I haven't had to program this before. I need to program a common number, say 8811, that dials a different destination based on your which building you are in. What's the best practice for this?

Maybe mention product and version you're using ?
However, if that's CM, you would use partitions and CSS translations to achieve this.
As with other "advanced" configs, it is recommendable you have a reputable consultant, or Cisco Certified Partner to do it.

Then as Paolo nicely mentioned all you need are partitions/CSS and translation patterns so that each location reaches a different DN after dialing 8811.
