Hi All,
We using E1 for the PSTN outbound/inbound calls, and i would like to do redundant for the PSTN gateway by normal analog lines in case if our E1 goes down, is it possible? i have bunch of analog lines, also how do get report from our E1 trunk report weekly, monthly ?
We have VIC3-4FXS/DID module, does it can be used? for the redundant gateway? also possible on FAX?

That can be done, but unless your telco can very quickly re-route incoming calls from E1 to analog, it does not make much sense.
FXS interface can be used to connect fax, but not to connect analog lines from telco.

Hi Paolo,
1. Im not worring on the incoming calls, because we use direct forwarding on our incoming number which we can do it our own, so in that case can you guide steps or guideline how to do it? what module requirred?
2. Guide?

To implement this in detalil, your best approach is to engage a reputable consultant, or UC certified Cisco partner.
Trying to do yuorself as end-user would likely cause much time loss and frustration.
