Public Space user license

Could someone confirm or comment if the "Public Space user license" from UC v8 is no longer required in UC v9 ?

You will definitely need a license, either UCL basic or essential, see the table:

What I meant to ask is when I get a V9.x UCL license is the "public space user license" included because with V8.x it was a seperate listed item and with v9.x it is not listed anymore or could not find it.

Right as I stated above the naming has changed and you pick either basic or essential. All the available license types are listed on the link I provided.
