QOS For the Voice System

Dear ..

I have been asked from the network team to implement a Mark for QOS in the Unifiued Comeunication System .. thay asked me to make

- The Voice signaling mark with  dscp  CS3

- The Voice media mark with dscp ef

is there any document about this configratoin ?
