Hello Cisco Community. I write to you asking your help regarding the configuration of the QRT feature in my C7942 and CIPC , using my CUCM version 8.6.2.20000-2 (Running on Demo Licenses). Ocurrs that, when I press the QRT softkey in both phones, apears the message "Service is not available"
I summarize the steps that I followed since the last week:
1) I followed the steps of the document: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/7_1_2/ccmfeat/fsgd-712-cm/fsqrt.html#wp1220178
2) I restarted the CEF services and activated the CTI Manager service according to the following discussions:

(but the bug CSCec32073 is for CM v4.0 and suposed fixed in later releases, and I dont understand how to reset the CCMSysUser in CUCM 8.0)
