i am trying to configure qsic trunk.i couldnt make the connection up.see the debug commands

i have changed the interface serial from user to network.see the config

now can able to call from cisco to nec pbx.but couldnt call from nec pbx to cisco.see the debug when call made from nec to cisco.

That only indicates a condition not a general error.
