Dear Sir,
I found one 7940 IP Phone that didn't show the missed call log on the screen and when I press Directory -> Missed Call nothing inside also. But it has received, placed call log. I tried to erase configuration on phone and reset/restart already, it still didn't show missed call log.
Does it broken? Please advise.
Thank you very much.
Best Regards,
Pornchanok P.

Can you replicated it?
Using share lines?
Which firmware version?
SIP or SCCP
Thanks

Dear gogasca,
As I remember this phone had change DN profile 1 time (e.g. from 700 to 718). I use Call Manager Express version c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-22.T.bin.
I didn't use a share line but I configure it to ring at the same time as another DN by using this command "button 1o30,1".
For firmware version I didn't take note but it should be the same as the other that works.
It is SCCP.
Thanks

I had this same issue almost a year ago and opened a TAC case. It wound up being a firmware issue. But your post sounds like you may have more than one 7940. Have you compared firmware versions on them.

It happened to one of 7965 IP phone running on Call manager 7.1 version. Best advise is to delete the device and directory number and re create it agian.
thanks
