question on windows operating system callmanager

I am currently running os 2000.4.3a on a publisher and two subscibers in my cluster. I recently purchased a mc7845-h2

and it came with os 2000.4.4

and i plan to add it to the cluster

will it have some compatibility issues

since the other servers have a lower os version?

I would defintely recommand upgrading the other server's OS.
