Queuing feature in cme

i have a question, i need queuing feature for example one of my customer is like a fast food chain,  they are using cme, 

is it possible that if a reception phone is busy call will go in queue and music will play like please hold

 

i was thinking to do that via hunt group and call will jump from one number to another and some how to play "please hold" 

or any one has any better idea via cue or any script please share or discuss

CUE can do what you want to do.  You can take the incoming call, direct it to an IVR, play a prompt, then the call gets pushed to the next available agent. B-ACD is the other choice.

B-ACD doesn't require you to purchase a CUE of you don't already have one but you need to write a TCL script to use this.
