Hi all,
i'm testing a CUCM 9.0.1
Added mobility for a user, created a remote destination profile, remote destination,...
Mobile phone does ring when i get an internal call, so basicly everything works.
I can answer the call on the mobile, ending it there i can resume on my deskphone.
On ccmuser-page i can enable or disable the mobility feature, everything works fine.
Only problem:
Using the "Mobility" button on my 9971 tells me "Please contact admin to enable mobility".
Also i can't send a active call via "Send to mobile", i get the same error as above.
Bug Toolkit doesn't know anything about this (searching for "mobility" on the 9.0 version).
Any ideas?

Sounds like the physical device isn't setup correctly for single number reach. Have you set the Owner User ID on the device ?

I have the same problem and everything is setup as explained in the manual.
Can you communicate the solution?

Setting the Owner User ID got it working for me.
