Hi,
If I understand correctly from reading the Command Reference here:-
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/command/reference/cme_s1ht.html#wp1093487
"service directed-pickup gpickup" should allow me to initiate a directed-pickup, in the same manner that I would using the pickup softkey?
Using CME 7.1 on IOS 12.4(24)T3 with 7945G, 7965G and 7937 handsets this command does not seem to work. As soon as I dial the first digit of the extension I wish to pickup, after pressing the Gpickup Softkey, I receive a fast busy tone.
James
