"XML-4 Error Analysis" for few Cisco 6921 phones

Hi All,

I am receiving "XML-4 Error Analysis" for few cisco 6921 phones in my cluster when users are trying to login to Extension mobility by pressing Services button.

As per cisco documents, it is related to XML URL configured for EM; however the URL is as it is and this issue is happening only to few phones.  For all the other phones the EM is working properly.  So i believe there are no issues with the EM URL.

CUCM version: 8.0.3.20000-2

Cisco phone model: 6921

Device Default: SCCP69xx.9-0-3-0

Has anyone faced similar issues, any help in getting this sorted out would be very much appreciated.

I'm assuming you're having the same problem?

 

What firmware version are you on?  Look into getting a packet capture/console logs from the phone.

A remove and re-add of the login service seems to solve it, but only for some time.

 

You'll need to get some console logs/packet captures as well as the Extension Mobility traces when this issue is occurring.
