RAI Detected (PRI error message)

We are getting below error message and PRI continuously flapping

I have raised it with telco and asked them to test with PRI meter, however Please let me know if configuration is fine from my end so that I can follow up better with them.

As mentioned in the below discussion, try changing CRC to see if that helps.

If the issue persists, then it should be on the telco side.

Hi Ramiz,

RAI stands for Remote Alarm Indication.

If this was the working link, then, it is better to give physical loop from your/customer side [by joining TX and RX pairs ;1,2 with 4,5] and ask TELCO to check with BERT Meter.

mostly happens because of isdn switch type mismatching between the Voice gateway and PSTN switch. See below detail
