a single user that when SNR is enabled and call goes to his Iphone, if he hits decline the call gets dead air with no VM. A similar user with same setup will do the same and the call is fwd to VM.

 

CUCM Ver is 10.5.2.11900-3

Hi,

If there are other iPhone users configured with similar settings that are working fine then you can try deleting and recreating the config of this phone on cucm. If the issue persists then you need to collect the detailed callmanager services traces for a failed call to analyze the signaling.
