Hi,
We have a business edition with a line group configured as top down. For now all the users in the line group are local into the CM. They want us to add another DN, but configured on a CME that is fully reachable over a sip trunk. Is it feasible? Does using SNR and extension mobility on a dumb user/DN on the call manager can do the trick? I didn't have the change to test it yet.
Or maybe any other idea?
Thanks!

That won't work, all call forward behaviors are ignored when the call is extended via a hunt pilot.
The only way to reach another DN, on a different system, is to use SNR

As Jaime said, call forward settings on DN are ignored when call is placed via hunt group, so the only option is to use SNR to create the parallel call leg to DN of CME.

create a dummy extension add it to your line group and call forward ALL that dummy number to your CME extension.

Will try it but with call forward, if the user didn't respond, it will not go to the others members in the line group right?
